liked the way our good sized and newly decorated double room with breakfast was arranged. good breakfast with amazing views was available. the location was stunning for walking around a sandy beach. the vibe here was quiet. the staff were all amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating, friendly service.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's restaurant, Gusto, served exceptional food, albeit a bit on the pricey side.

Both rooms we booked were brand-new with nice balcony, no reason to complain.

The location was perfect, right by the sea and with direct access to a private beach. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace, relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool, and taking in the breathtaking views of the bay from our spacious room's balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to assist us with anything we needed, ensuring that we felt well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and laundry, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable.

I had a great stay at Villa Domizia in Porto Santo Stefano! The staff was friendly and funny, and the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the eggs and pastries. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The view from the breakfast room was stunning, and the outdoor sitting area was a great setup. this hotel is top notch!

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I recently stayed at a hotel on an island that has various authentic family restaurants. The location was great, right off the beach, and I had easy access to some of the more secluded beaches in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and great service. The breakfast selection was fantastic and I enjoyed the view from the breakfast room. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a pool and bar.

I did find one negative aspect of the hotel. The room that I stayed in had a small balcony and an old and gloomy feeling.

From the moment I checked in, Barbara, the manager, was extremely helpful! The suite I stayed in overlooked the sea and was spacious. The restaurant, Con Gusto, had excellent food and first-class servers. The staff were very friendly, well-mannered, and professional. The breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The view was mesmerizing, with sea views all around and amazing beaches nearby. I highly recommend this property!

The view from our balcony was unbeatable, and the beach was just a few steps away. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. The star of the show, though, was the restaurant. The food was top-notch and the service was impeccable. We even had a special birthday dinner there and were treated like royalty. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious local foods, and the view from the dining area was breathtaking. a truly wonderful experience.

our stay at villa domizia was even better than our previous visit to porto santo stefano. the location and view were breathtaking, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food at con gusto was simply amazing. we give it a perfect 10/10 rating!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the cleaners doing a great job in maintaining the rooms. The hotel facilities were superb, with a own beach on a platform covered with sand and a beach bar. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful. The location right by the sea was perfect and offered beautiful views. We also found it convenient that it was a short 1.5 hour drive to the Rome airport.

This hotel has an amazing location right on the seaside, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful view and the nearby beach. the room is clean and spacious, equipped with modern bathroom facilities and great service. the breakfast spread is grand and there are a lot of facilities like paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy.

The noisy sound of passing cars next to the room might prevent guests from getting a good night's sleep.
